Transport options
 
In our shop, we offer different shipping methods so you can choose the one that suits you best. We strive to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and on time, so we work with proven courier services and provide several options for flexible delivery.


About payment
 
Please do not look for a proof of purchase, invoice, in the package. We will send it to you in an email attachment immediately after we receive your order and if you need it in paper form, you can print it yourself.
 
Payment methods
  • Payment in cash: upon personal collection in Luhačovice.
  • Payment on delivery: upon collection of the package at the delivery agent.
  • Payment by bank transfer: when paying from a bank account, enter the amount, use the order number as a variable symbol and send the payment to 2301184914 / 2010. Once the money is credited to our account, we will immediately dispatch your order.
  • Payment via ComGate: when you place an order, you have the option to pay online with a credit card or via internet banking in the last step of the "shopping cart".
  • Invoice payment: for wholesale partners such as cafes, restaurants, hotels and companies with regular coffee purchases.
